Randy DeLay has been a loan officer for over 18 years. His goal is to give each client and realtor a mortgage experience that is second to none. Strengths include knowing the available loan programs and guidelines, having the ability to show buyers which loan program best aligns with their financial goals.
Randy graduated in 1993 from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a BBA in Marketing. He spent the early part of his professional career in the information technology industry. While working at New Horizons Computer Learning Center, he achieved numerous accomplishments such as Presidents Club, which is the top 50 of 3500 account executives and was named Account Executive of the year for 4 consecutive years. After New Horizons, he became the Sales Manager of another training company. In early 2004, he decided to try a new direction with his career, and transitioned into the mortgage business. He was able to utilize his technology background to be able to offer superior service to his clients. Having worked for 4 different companies during this time, and managing a branch for a Top 50 mortgage company, he is happy to now be working for Supreme Lending.
I have been married for 23 years to Tina DeLay, who is also my loan assistant. We live in Benton, and we have two kids, Tyler, who is 15, and Kaylee, who is 9.
